Your Spirit Is Hungry, FEEED IT!!!
Early in the morning, wake up. Arise and be blessed so that you may bless others through the Love of Christ. God does not sleep. God rested on the seventh day after creating the heavens and the earth. He did not sleep all day. He is more alive than you will ever be. He is not bound by an earthly vessel that must be regenerated by sleep. “Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.” Psalm 121:4
God is timeless. Not only is God protecting you NOW, HE IS protecting your will and your will be’s. What you will be in the morning precedes what you will be tomorrow night. God is already there protecting you, now and then. He goes before us and prepares the way. “I will go before thee and make the crooked places straight.” Isaiah 45:2
The devil wants to kill you. He wants to confuse you. The devil wants you looking horizontally, not looking to God. The devil uses the world and its vices to block your vision of God and cause a labyrinth in your life. Rise above it! Carpe Diem! Because the wisdom of this world is contrary to the will of God, you must daily remind yourself that Jehovah’s calling is divine in nature. It supercedes man’s logic. What God calls us to do may be “impossible” to man or today’s society. You must live vertically, also. “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.” Psalm 121:1
Look past what your body needs, see the spiritual needs in your life. Your spirit is hungry, FEEEED IT. Jesus is the bread of life. Wake up on the right side of the bed every morning by reading His Word before you put your feet on the ground. Hang one verse on the wall where you face when you sit on the side of your bed. Read it with passion each morning before standing up. Each month change the verse. PUT GOD’s WORD IN YOUR DAILY DIET.
Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?
So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.
And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to them that were set down; and likewise of the fishes as much as they would.
When they were filled, he said unto his disciples, Gather up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost. they filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which remained.
For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
I am that bread of life. Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life;
For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.
