Do Not Hinder The Children
16 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
Let the children love Jesus. Let them play and learn with Jesus. The Holy Spirit is alive and well with little children. Children can learn God’s love easier than adults, most of the time. Do not forsake a child from the presence of God. Teach them the commandments of God.
15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
Having Faith as a child is necessary to enter God’s Kingdom. We must know in our heart of hearts that God has a plan for us to escape evil and live in Peace. Jeremiah 29:11-13 says He hears our prayers and we will find Him when we seek Him with all of our heart.
We can learn more about God everyday. We must be humbled and feel like a child when we catch a glimpse of how mighty our God is. Faith of a child is not hoping God can do something; it is knowing He will do something. When a child believes in God’s Will, don’t hinder the faith of that child. Do not offend a child of God.
Matthew 18:1-6 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me. But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.
