Waiting (pt 3)
Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) – But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
God’s will is to bless His children and protect His children. God knows we face struggles and He wants us to rely on Him to see us through.
Luke 12:36 (NIV) – like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him.
We need to be ready for God to call on us to take action. We should spend time every day in His Word and in prayer to stay familiar with His voice.
There will be many false prophets in the end times. We need to be familiar with His voice to discern the truth.
Psalm 25:5 (KJV) – Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.
