08-29-15 – God’s Will

God’s Will

Isaiah 41:17-20 (KJV)

17 When the poor and needy seek water, and there is none, and their tongue faileth for thirst, I the Lord will hear them, I the God of Israel will not forsake them.

18 I will open rivers in high places, and fountains in the midst of the valleys: I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

19 I will plant in the wilderness the cedar, the shittah tree, and the myrtle, and the oil tree; I will set in the desert the fir tree, and the pine, and the box tree together:

20 That they may see, and know, and consider, and understand together, that the hand of the Lord hath done this, and the Holy One of Israel hath created it.

God will do miracles. God will give us signs. God will make us wonder. There are things God will do just to prove that He is God. God commands we give Him glory in everything we do (1 Cor 10:31).

The Great Creator wills for us to live a cognizant life. The only thing that makes us free is living in reverence to the Almighty God. If we deny God’s supremecy and do not acknowledge Him in our daily walk, we become a product of our surroundings.

If we do not recognize God as supreme Creator: The value of human life is reduced to that of a tree. We are mere peas in a pod growing according to our surroundings. If we all evolved by chance, then your life is of no importance.

Isaiah 41:10 (KJV) – Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

That one verse says, “I am” twice and, “I will” three times. Read Isaiah 41:10 ONE PHRASE AT A TIME and think about God’s will.

Do not reject God’s will for your life. Open up to Jesus and allow the Holy Spirit to lead you in the paths of righteousness for His names sake. God’s will is done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Submit to Him now and don’t let your own understanding block you from receiving His eternal blessings.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NKJV)  –  16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
