All of Me
Deuteronomy 6:5 (NKJV) – You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
God “wants”,… No. God COMMANDS that we present ourselves to Him wholly. We Love Him with all of our heart, soul and strength. This means that when we worship God, when we exalt Him and when we serve Him, we should allow nothing else to distract us.
Exodus 34:2b-3a, 8 (NLT) 2b present yourself to me on the top of the mountain. 3a No one else may come with you. In fact, no one is to appear anywhere on the mountain. 8 Moses immediately threw himself to the ground and worshiped.
Do you believe God is everywhere? He is everywhere, omnipresent. If we can not flee from His presence, why would you have to look for God? God is I AM. He is always with you. Haleluiah.
Jeremiah 29:13 (KJV) – And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
God is right there when you are looking for Him. When we seek God, it is NOT because He is elsewhere. We seek God when we have lost touch with Him. We can acknowledge Him in all we do if we focus on Him with all of our being.
Mark 12:29-30 (NLT)
29 Jesus replied, “The most important commandment is this: ‘Listen, O Israel! The Lord our God is the one and only Lord. 30 And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’
Do not fear what man will do if you walk with God. Imagine what can happen to you if you are walking away from God. When you wake up, focus on God. He will never leave you, nor forsake you (Heb 13:5).
