Live By Faith
Romans 1:16-17 (NKJV) – For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek. For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
We can not be ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is the reason Christians live. Jesus life and love for us is the Living Water that we must share with the lost and dying world.
Reaching the lost with the Love of God is our “soul” purpose for living. We may be ready for Jesus’ return, but are your closest friends and loved ones ready for the Jesus to return.
1 Peter 4:8 (NLT) – Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each other, for love covers a multitude of sins.
Hatred will not bring people to know Jesus. We can not split hairs about who is greatest in the kingdom of God. There is a lost and dying world laughing at the bride of Christ because of her split personality. God’s church needs to work as one. All who Love Jesus need to focus on the great commands alone.
Galatians 3:11 (KJV) – But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
The saved don’t need saving. The people in Christ are forgiven and have a purpose greater than the world’s laws and regulations. Christians have a calling that transcends even the laws of the land. We must obey God above all.
Galatians 2:20 (KJV) – I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
Jesus went against traditions and customs of the days in which He lived. The religious leaders were appalled at His teachings AND ACTIONS. He walked according the Spirit. Jesus did not live to please man. He lived to please God!
Zechariah 4:6 (KJV) – Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.
Christians should live by Faith, not under the law.
2 Corinthians 3:17 (KJV) – Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
