Psalm 51:5 (NOG) – Indeed, I was born guilty.
I was a sinner when my mother conceived me.
We all were born into sin.
No one has to be taught how to lie, cheat and steal. Even babies will say whatever it takes to get the results they want. Babies will take whatever they want with no regard to ownership. Babies will cut every corner to get to the finish line first.
Babies have to be taught to not mess with other people’s things. Babies have to be taught to not lie and to tell the truth. We all had to be taught to follow the rules.
Proverbs 22:15 (NOG) – Foolishness is firmly attached to a child’s heart.
Spanking will remove it far from him.
Are you really a “quick” learner? How many of us learned “the first time” when we were disciplined?

1 Peter 4:4-5 (NLT)
4 Of course, your former friends are surprised when you no longer plunge into the flood of wild and destructive things they do. So they slander you. 5 But remember that they will have to face God, who stands ready to judge everyone, both the living and the dead.
There comes an age of accountability where we all must face the truth or we live in ignorance. If you know it is wrong and continue to do what is wrong, there will be consequences (Romans 2:5).
Philippians 3:13b (NASB) – but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead,
1 Corinthians 13:11 (KJV) – When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
